Mops, cars & birthdays!!

Time is flying by! Danica will be ONE in just a few weeks, I can hardly believe time goes this fast with a child! Christmas was wonderful- without going into every detail, let me say that Danica thoroughly enjoyed it and loves all her gifts!! We spent her first New Year's Eve on the couch watching movies! Being the great Daddy that Eric is, he refused to be on the roads with Danica AT ALL after dark that day! I was just happy to have family time! Danica is getting into everything and pulling up all the time! She has added "no no" "stinky" "Na Na" to her list of words and we are so proud! We have booked the park kitchen and carousel for her birthday and are now getting into the details of invitations, decorations, cake-or-cupcakes, birthday girl outfit & food planning! Phew!! Eric got a job offer to work on vintage cars, which he is super excited about- he starts next week! He will also be going full-time at Discount Tire in the upcoming weeks! We are truly blessed! I also attended my first MOPS (Moms Of Pre-Schoolers) meeting today, and I loved it! It's for 2 hours and Danica can come and socialize with other kids! We are definitely going back!! All in all, life is really sweet and we are just living in the moment and praying/planning for the future!! ~Jess
