Life, as I know it!

Gosh, where do I start? Perhaps I'll start with today =]
As I sit here catching you up on my life, my daughter Danica is napping in her favorite spot- her Aquarium swing. She has blessed my life in so many wonderful ways. In June 2009 we were told we could never conceive a child of our own, it devastated us.. But, lo and behold, GOD had a different opinion! He blessed us with our pregnancy that very same month and on March 7, 2010 we welcomed the greatest joy of our lives into this world! As of right now we are living with my parents while I take care of Danica and Eric finishes school. Why are we living at my parents and not on our own, you ask? Basically the GI Bill didn't cover living expenses for our family! Thank God for supportive parents on both sides! Eric will be done with school in late August-beginning of September and then he will hopefully find a great job as an Auto Body and Collision Mechanic! THEN..I can go back to school to finish my teaching degree!! I'm so excited to go back! I will take a few more classes at Blinn so that I can continue to keep Danica at home with me and so we can save money. I'll transfer to SHSU in the Spring, hopefully, if I'm done and pass at Blinn first! In the meantime, to keep busy, I have started making pillowcase dresses and sewing burp clothes and blankets- I love to sew! Having a little girl gives me all kinds of inspirations for things to make! I'll post pictures of them later! Also, this month brought a new addition to the family- Reese Cooper who was born on June 2nd to my brother Bo and sis-in-law Randi! He is so cute and I am so excited to watch him and Danica grow up together! Danica is only 3 months old and she already has THREE cousins that are younger than her- all boys! Liam and Jackson (from Eric's side) are 9 days younger than her too! All these boys may make my little girl a tomboy! =] As of right now, I am just happy to dress her up in cute little outfits and big headbands and hair bows! When she gets older she may not want them! LOL! Eric calls her a hippie-baby because most of her outfits have flowers on them and then I put a headband and clippy-bow on her head- she is cute no matter what! =] Well, I should probably wrap this up and get something done around here! Ttyl!!
